Services: How We Help
Hands of Compassion HomeCare, Inc. sends health care professionals to the homes of people in West Texas (click here to see our 17 county service area
). Categories of service include:
Skilled Home Health Care (also referred to as Medicare certified home health care) sends nurses, therapists, and aides to the homes of patients recovering from illness or injury, who need medical supervision but not long term, or who would benefit from enhanced training on a medical issue. Think of skilled home health care as an in-home alternative to hospital care or rehab facility care. If this sounds like the kind of care you want to research, click here for more information: Skilled Home Health Care.
Non-Medical Homecare refers to sending nursing assistants or registered nurses to the homes of clients to mostly provide assistance with activities of daily living and/or supervision. This is usually a long-term need, but Non-Medical Homecare can also be arranged on a respite basis to relieve family caregivers.
